VERBAL & NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION

Communication is process transferring information from one entity to another.Communication can only happen when there is at least 2 people that interact with each other.There are several types of communication such as verbal and non-verbal communication.


.Verbal communication is divided into written and oral communication.The oral communication refer to the spoken word in communication.It can either be face-to-face communication or conversation over the phone.The other types of communication is written communication.The effectiveness of written communication depends on style of writing,vocabulary used,clarity,grammar,and precision of language.


.Non-verbal communication includes the overall body language of the person who is speaking which include the body posture,hand gesture and body movement.The facial expression play a major role while communication since the expression on person's face say a lot about his/her mood.On the other hand,gesture like a handshake,smile or hug that can independently convey emotions.

HOMICIDE CASES

From Polis Diraja Malaysia (Royal Malaysian Police) website, the statistic for crime reported like homicides, attemp murder, rape, assault, theft and etc are listed. The data/statistic from the website will be discussed in the following descriptions:
1)the absolute number of incidents occured
2)the normalised crime rate
3)the efficiency of police officer solving the cases.









Another crime breakdown in the look from Minister of Women, Family and Community Development is homicide.

On average, Perlis, Trengganu and Kelantan has the lowest number of homicide cases reported, by absolute number. On the other hand, Selangor has the highest number of murder cases reported, an average of 129.3 cases within the period of 4 years. This is followed by Johor (79.0 cases) and Sabah (70.0 cases). Next let’s move on to the comparison among the state by using the normalized number: homicide cases per million population, for year 2005. So, Kuala Lumpur is the place which has the highest murder rate (30.2 cases per million people, 1.556 million residents), followed by Penang (26.6 cases) and Negeri Sembilan. On the other hand, Pahang has the lowest number of murder cases per million people, followed by Kelantan and Perlis.

SKINHEAD FOR LIFE!!!!



Since 1990,skinheads culture was enter to Malaysia.While during that time it was too small.In 1992,skinheads culture was became larger than before it is because Singapore become the source of information of skinheads culture.
In the beginning,the group of Punk Rock in Malaysia act as source of skinheads culture to become larger and larger.Unfortunately,Punk Rock culture cannot be acceptable by society and their Trojen hair style were been an issue.After that,they was changed their wearing style and hairstyle to become smart and clean.They choose this skinheads lifestyle because their style and music Oi!,Ska are accepted by Punk Rock group.
Skinheads also have their own music band taht play music like Oi!,Street Rock,Ska and Rocksteady.Majority the music are influenced by several band such as Tha Bussiness,The 4 Skins,CockSparer,Oi Polloi,Last Resort,The Skatalitea,The Special and The Selecter.
Skinheads in Malaysia are not label as underground,while they just support underground band.Skinheads is a culture about D.I.Y or Major Label,it is depends on them to accept it as an attitude or not.Skinheads in Malaysia also divide into several type like Skinheads Trads,Sharp and Nazi.
